Jumped it with screwdriver in 30 degree weather and it fired right up. Replaced the relay and it got rid of the codes until I started it a couple of times.The IPR can regulate a 3,000 psi reading with no more than a 12% duty cycle. Yet, the PCM is capable of providing up to a 60% duty cycle to the IPR. However, once it reaches 50%, the PCM sets a trouble code P1211 or P1212 for “ICP above/below normal. If you receive this code, your first step is to check the oil level in the crankcase.

When I cleared the DTCs. I plugged the tube and sensor and ran the truck. And immediately the P0478 code was pending and read at the next start up. So this led me to think the sensor was bad.
